Best Man-of-All Trades Around

I am writing for my elderly sister-in-law who lives in Sebastian. Her landscaping, pressure-washing and any and all other odd jobs are done by Jay Cooley, Owner of CDS Enterprises, and they are done to perfection. Jay notices everything above and beyond what needs to be done. His rates are more than reasonable. He is a very hard working young man, but what we both love about him is his honor and compassion for the elderly. You can trust him with any area of your home, inside and out. He also has computer savvy & is willing to help you with that as well. He is literally a Jack of All Trades. I live in New Jersey and I wish we had a "Jay" around here. We wish him the best. Jay from CDS Enterprises has worked for me quite frequently over the past year. I find him a perfect handy-man; someone I trust in my home even when I am not there. He is efficient, versatile, reliable, neat, kind, and VERY reasonable He has fixed and washed windows, replaced casement cranks, and repaired furniture. He resealed my toilet and painted my bathroom. He organized my closet and installed kitchen cabinets. He even stretched and shampooed my rug. Outside his landscaping service cleared land, planted plants, and applied fertilizer. He even repaired and erected a nearly destroyed 6 foot tall three tier fountain we thought lost forever. What ever my needs he has efficiently accomplished. He even helped me set up my new computer system! I highly recommend you hire CDS Enterprises.
